Accessibility Statement
CognSpark is designed to be calm, readable, and usable for older adults and families. We are actively improving accessibility across the website.
Last updated: June 3, 2026
Our Commitment
We want CognSpark to be usable by people with different abilities, devices, and comfort needs. Accessibility is part of the product experience, especially because many members may prefer larger text, clear contrast, simple layouts, and predictable interactions.
Standards We Work Toward
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practical. We have not completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, so we describe this as an active commitment rather than a certification claim.
Built-In Comfort Features
Known Areas We Continue to Improve
- Bringing older subpages into the same simplified layout as the refreshed homepage.
- Reducing visual noise in legacy activity pages.
- Improving screen reader labels and focus order where older code is still present.
- Testing more pages on mobile, keyboard-only navigation, and common assistive technologies.
Feedback and Help
If you run into an accessibility issue, contact us at contact@cognspark.com. Please include the page, the issue, and the device or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it.
We review accessibility feedback and prioritize fixes that affect safety, access, readability, and core activities.
